These terms describe what you can expect from Chuchu Digital Academy, what we ask of you in return, and how we handle the limits of an educational platform. They apply to every module, exercise file, and discussion thread on this site.
Chuchu Digital Academy publishes structured learning material on programming, coding, software development, and related IT topics. Modules are organized in a fixed sequence, with reading sections, short exercises, and reference notes. We aim to keep descriptions of tools, languages, and workflows accurate at the time of publication, but software changes quickly. A lesson written around one editor version may need small adjustments when you follow it later. We do not guarantee that every example runs unchanged on your machine, and we do not promise any specific job outcome, certification, or professional result from completing a module.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter when registering and for keeping your login credentials private. Do not share an account with other people or use the platform to distribute copied course material, scraped content, or automated bulk requests. When you post in discussion areas, keep it on topic: questions about code, tooling, and study habits are welcome; advertising, harassment, and unrelated promotion are not. We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks these rules, and we will tell you the reason when we do.
Lesson texts, exercise sets, diagrams, and the site design belong to Chuchu Digital Academy or the authors who contributed them. You may use the material for your own study and quote short passages with a clear reference to the source. Republishing whole modules, reselling access, or using the content to train commercial products requires written permission from us. Code snippets we publish for teaching purposes are meant to be typed, modified, and reused in your own practice projects without restriction.
The platform is provided as an educational resource. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed deadlines, lost work, or decisions made on the basis of a lesson, and we do not accept responsibility for third-party tools, hosting services, or libraries that our material refers to. If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing purchased material for an extended period, we will restore access or arrange an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded.
You may stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your account data. We may suspend access if an account is used in a way that harms other learners, overloads our infrastructure, or breaches these terms. Where a suspension is not caused by a serious breach, we will give notice and a reasonable chance to respond first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property and liability limits, remain in effect afterwards.
We update these terms when the platform changes, for example when a new module format or payment option is introduced. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the revision date shown at the top. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify registered users by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the updated version.
